The process begins with a site survey from one of our experienced designers who will thoroughly discuss your needs and requirements. We will then prepare your unique design and invite you to visit us at our showroom.
On visiting our showroom we will present you with your design on our state of the art virtual reality CAD system, discuss any amendments to design or colour schemes you require and present you with your personal quotation.
When you are happy with the design and cost we ask for a 25% deposit and once this formality is dealt with we issue you with all relevant plans and order your items once this is underway we can arrange installation date.
As soon as your order arrives it will be delivered to your home and at that point we require the second payment instalment of 70% of the order value and our dedicated and experienced installation team will proceed to complete the works with the minimum disruption as possible.
Only when the installation is complete, will your Project Manager personally hand you your newly refurbished and valeted room. Once you are completely satisfied the balance of 5% will be due.
